Long before the overdue racial reckoning Americans and others across the world are now experiencing, people have been victimized by acts of hate and systemic oppression in many contexts. However, we believe that humanity is better. We remain inspired by the difficult conversations that colleagues and families are having in workplaces, in religious organizations, and in homes.
Konesens Development offers a series of workshops on inclusive leadership, racial equity, implicit bias, social inclusion, cultural competency, systems of oppression, and shared humanity. We believe that most people want to be better, and in response we provide resources and tools to further understanding and inclusion domestically and globally.

Tabletop Games for Leaders

We love games and role playing! Our subject matter experts have developed real-life scenarios that can be played out as a tabletop games or exercises (TTX) for leaders during strategic planning sessions or for virtual teams.
Scenarios cover:
- Critical decisions regarding green house gases (GHGs)for corporate executives;
- Challenges in creating inclusive and equitable workplaces; and
- Social policies that impact communities

As a member of SASB's Consultant Content Program, we remain informed of the reporting methodologies and assist clients with metrics identification and reporting on the SASB Standards, in addition to other globally recognized standards.
In addition, Konesens Development is a proud member of the SME Climate Hub, a global initiative that empowers small to medium sized companies to take climate action and build more resilient businesses. Through the SME Climate Hub, we commit to lowering our impact on the environment through authentic action, halving our emissions by 2030. In making the commitment, we have joined the United Nations Race to Zero campaign.
