Humanity is...Better.

Long before the overdue racial reckoning Americans and others across the world are now experiencing, people have been victimized by acts of hate and systemic oppression in many contexts.  However, we believe that humanity is better. We remain inspired by the difficult conversations that colleagues and families are having in workplaces, in religious organizations, and in homes.  


Konesens Development offers a series of workshops on inclusive leadership, racial equity, implicit bias, social inclusion, cultural competency, systems of oppression, and shared humanity.  We believe that most people want to be better, and in response we provide resources and tools to further understanding and inclusion domestically and globally.
